Based on Section 2.30 Rentals in the document:
Minimum lease term: 6 months required
Short-term rental rules: All rentals must be for terms of at least six (6) months (effectively prohibiting short-term rentals)
Board approval requirements: No board approval required for rentals, but owners must provide written notice to the Association within 10 days after the lease effective date, along with any additional information required by the Board. All leases must be in writing and owners must provide copies of the Restrictions to lessees.
